Located in the heart of the historic center of the city, whithin walking distance from the socall "Triangle of Art" formed by the city's main museums (El Prado, Reina Sofia Modern Art Museum and Thyssen Bornemisza contemporaneous art museum). This new hotel is one of the most modern hotels of the city and is located in the famous "Barrio de Las Letras", just a few steps from the Plaza de Santa Ana and the Puerta del Sol.

The hotel occupies 5 ancient buildings of the city center, that have been completely renovated to build the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, very close to the Thyssen, Prado, Fine Arts and Reina Sofía museums. Only 3 minutes away from Puerta del Sol.
A 10 minute walk away from Plaza de Opera, Plaza de Oriente and Palacio Real (Royal Palace).
You can also take the guided tourist bus (which stops a few meters away from the hotel).

Location was v central, fun albeit dated decor.

Noise - should make it clear that the hotel is located in v busy street & if you have room facing outwards onto street, there's no way you will sleep - all night noise from cars caught in congestion (this is the old town) & clubs/bars all around so drinking & noise unitl 3-4am & then clearing/street cleaning at 6am. The sound-proofing was terrible!

The room is very clean, spacious enough and well designed. The hotel is general looks very good, trendy and is quite clean.

The staff could be friendlier. The lunch and dinner menu at the restaurant was exactly the same, very overpriced, and the quality of the food was despicable. By far, the worst restaurant I ever ate in during my stay, however the breakfast was lovely with a lot of choice. Apart from the restaurant, I think the hotel was very nice
