This striking listed building is situated on Madrid’s famous Gran Via in the very centre of the city.

The hotel was completely refurbished in 2007. While the building’s beautiful, historic, original exterior was preserved, the interiors were sympathetically modernised. Since its renovation, the hotel now offers the most modern accommodation on the Gran Via.

In the heart of the Spanish capital, the hotel is close to the city’s famous Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. The Vincci Capitol is in the centre of Madrid’s commercial heart and close to the Triangle of Arts, which is formed by the museums El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza.

The hotel has a coffee shop and a lounge, laundry service and room service. Also the hotel have an Spa for individual use, and a massage service.

Location was excellent and the room was comfortable and clean

Its was very disappointing that we had to pay to use the spa facilities. I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and never had to pay for this. Also it would have been nice to have had some more english speaking channels on the television

i was told on check out'That i looked at 2 movie,s.wich was totaly unture.As tv was broken for two day,s.however i refused to pay the 24 euro on my bill.

The position in the city centre. The isolation was good, you could not hear the traffic although the hotel is on the very traffic Gran Via.

The hotel staff was unable to help us about everything we asked - bus, train, metro, distances... The door of the bathroom could not be opened from inside; hopefully I was not alone in the room! The hotel is too dark and the room lights are also very taper. It was very dark!

Air conditon was not working, so cool night air from open window was very welcome.
