The Hotel Preciados is a new concept of hotel.A four star hotel,in the cultural,commercial and business centre of Madrid.Totally covered with free Wireless connection.Own indoor parking,free safe-deposit box and free minibar.
The building that houses Hotel Preciados was built in 1881 on property owned by the Descalzas Reales, whose first owner was the Count of Romanones. Now completely refurbished, this building on the corner of Preciados and Veneras streets combines 19th-century elegance and 21st-century progress, putting the latest in design and technology to work for its guests.

The rooms were impeccably clean and modern, with double glass balcony doors that did a great job of keeping out the street noise. The bathroom was also quite up-to-date, with a great shower.

The bed was pretty hard, which over the course of our stay we came to believe was normal in Spain. We adjusted to it eventually, although some people might not.

Rooms too hot. Spaniards seem to like their rooms and shops at a higher temperature *abt 24 deg C) during winter than we like.

Due to excellent soundproofing, facilities not spoilt by busy and bustling central location. Very near to both Santo Domingo and Callao metro stations (giving choice of routes) and large El Corte Ingles and FNAC stores at Plaza de Callao.
