Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for room with best view and was duly put up on the top floor! Right next to metro station covering 3 different metro lines so nowhere was more than 2-3 stops away and an after hours taxi was only about 7-8 euros from the city centre. Perfect location for all the sights. No tea/coffee making facilities. Swimming pool closed during winter months. |

Anyway it's convenient to access various places because this hotel is located almost next to a center satation in Barcelona. The room is too warm and dry, even though we stop a room air conditioner. |

The hotel and the majority of staff were extremely polite and friendly and the location of the hotel was an ideal place for tourists. Tea and coffee making facilities within the room could have been provided. |

Location is great for booth pleasure and business, excellent connection to airport, expo centers and centrum. Great breakfast. However for diner .....there is so much better to get in Barcelona... The room was old ( but clean) with a new room would be a true great hotel. |

perfect location just beside metro and renfe station sants estacion and on;y 10 minutes walk to plaza espana, supermarket right next to the entrance, good views with balcony, comfortable bed and clean bath room with bathing cloth and slipper wonderful! no free wifi, but you can receive the prety weak signal from the cafe nearby (we were in 4th floor) |

The staff was very accomodating in taking care of our special needs. They also were always friendly and made every effort regarding matters unique to us. The safe in our room, unlike so many other hotels we stayed at, required an addition payment. Considering the price and quality of services the hotel supplies, the hotel could easily have the safe in our room as a free service. This was the first hotel we stayed with a safe in our room that cost moeny. Hotels in Italy, Greece, Madrid etc all supplied this service free of charge unlike here. |

lovely room nice and clean.air conditioned. comfy bed. good lifts . fairly quick check in.. nice lobby area. very near to train station and metro to get around easily and to get to airport. was first shown to a twin room when booked a double. so asked to have a double . which was actually lovely . also bigger than first one to fit in travel cot. first night -a fri- was noisy. |

Good location. 3 minutes walking to the metro station, and 15 minutes by metro to Rambla. The room is big and clean. Balcony in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cloth to railway station Sants (5 minutes walking). There is a big super-market in the building of hotel (on the rear side). The bathroom is small and uncomfortable. No any shelf in bathroom. Noisily from the floor passage and neighbour room . The pool is very small (4x4 meter). There was no personal in the bar all days that we were in the hotel. The safety box |
