Centrally located, but still reasonably quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast selection. The room was clean and modern, only the windows appeared to be missed by the renovations. Our room was towards the back on the 5th floor, with a modern double-glazed window and a better wall insulation the city noises could be kept out. |

The location is great, only few minutes to Ra Rambla and 5-15 minutes to Museaums and historic places. The room I stayed has washing sink outside the bathroom, next to the beds, which I don't like. To get to the hotel's lift ( elevator), need to walk up 5-6 steps which is not convenient, esp when I arrieved at 8.30 pm and the bellboy is not around ( I am not sure if the services is not available or may be delayed just at that time - but I do not wish to wait for my luggage since it was already late |

Loved the breakfast, the room was spacious and very clean, the staff were very helpful The safe in room did not work properly but staff were helpful in trying to fix it. |

We were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast offered with our B&B room rate. Selection was outstanding. We were pleased with our entire experience. Having come off a Royal Caribbean cruise we were pleased to see that it is a hotel RC also uses for post-cruise occupancy. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast I ordered a double room, but when I arrive there was only two twins - albeit on the top floor. Room was quiet but the bathroom was a joke - tiny and everything go wet. Sink was in bedroom!. The next day a double became free and we moved. Smaller but nicer and a normal bathroom but one could hear the underground trains. They said that all double rooms were on the 1st and 2nd floor. Beware. |

spent six nights at the hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary,perfect place to stay.About one minute walk from Placa de Catalunya,lovely big room great double glazing. no street noise.halfway between the north and south of Barcelona,would go back here again Why does the cleaning staff have to be so noisy at 7am surly everybody is still in bed!! we are on holiday!!! |

the staff was really friendly except there was an old guy in the reception he was too much unfriendly and not providing information to help me to get my destination and he wasnt pleasrent like others. that old receptionest, some of the early morning noise. |
